Our professional technical can provide complete design solutions after preliminary project consultation and communication.
The work scope includes: formulating program plans, research, collecting information and making proposal.
After confirming the order and high level design, we help you optimize, adjust and improve the design. This stage mainly involves: illumination simulation, lamp selection, control system,
electrical design and final estimation.
After the construction drawings are completed, SENMARCK LIGHTING technical staff will go to the construction site to conduct "design handover" to the customer, and provide strong technical support in terms of construction technology, construction methods, material selection, precautions, technical specifications, etc.
SENMARCK has established a technical team with rich experience for on-site installation and commissioning. The team consists of lighting engineers, lighting designers and system engineers, using professional instruments and equipment to conduct on-site debugging of lighting fixtures and control systems.
After the project is completed, SENMARCK will organize a professional acceptance team to work with customers to ensure that the product quality meets project expectations. SENMARCK will provide on-site support services.
SENMARCK after-sales service team conducts regular site visits every year to provide customers with after-sales technical support.
The return visit includes: check illumination conditions, lamp damage conditions, light decay conditions, color temperature drift, suggestions from operation managers, etc.

Hangzhou Olympic Sports CenterAsian Games Hall 3 Smart Light Pole Project A total of 396 street lamps were designed and installed in this project, including 296 smart poles. Flowers are the design elements, which are highly consistent with the Asian Games aesthetics of "Hangzhou Charm". As the "sensory center" of the three venues of the Hangzhou Asian Games, The project's smart poles are equipped with smart lighting, security monitoring, public broadcasting, environmental monitoring, and emergency calls. Sensing equipment such as calling and smart radar can collect various data information of the venue in multiple dimensions and in all directions. Thanks to the self-developed smart pole management platform, as well as advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing. Remote control and monitoring of light poles to fully guarantee future venue operations and event services.
